Why we're different

Our motto is "We'll call you." Our approach is to make the process as simple as possible. We know that sounds hard to believe (since when is insurance simple) but that's because we take care of everything... we manage the paperwork and all the other bits so you don't have to.

Dealing with insurance is a hassle, we get it

We know what it's like to deal with 'customer service' people who don't really provide you with much service and barely treat you like a customer. We also know that's not how you want to do business. Our goal is to take as much off of your plate as possible and make sure you know what is going on and what you're paying for (and why) at each step.

Plus, we're really nice to you over the phone. Imagine that.

We're a division of M. Edward Powell Insurance Brokers Ltd. and we have helped our clients find the right insurance since 1954. House Insurance Help was launched because we noticed a disturbing trend among service providers: they don't provide much service anymore.

We understand that claims interrupt your business and personal life and we are here to help. We will confirm your coverage, provide you with advice and report the claim to the insurance company.
